Eric Winegardner, D. Ph. Eric Winegardner is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Pharmacy (1992). Eric is married to Demita and has three children (Sean, Brooke, and Jill). He has served as president of the Oklahoma Pharmacists Association and currently serves on the Oklahoma Healthcare Authority drug utilization board. He is a member of the Oklahoma Pharmacists Association and the National Community Pharmacists Association. Eric and his family are members of Faith Christian Outreach in Shawnee. |
Forrest Bath, D. Ph., PharmD Forrest Bath has proudly served as a pharmacist with Eric’s Pharmacy since 2005. Originally from Edmond, Oklahoma he graduated with a BS in Biology from Oklahoma State University. In 2002 he received his PharmD from the University of Oklahoma and began work at Innovative Pharmacy Solutions in Edmond. In 2003 he and his wife Jeannie (est. 2000) moved to Germany where he served the United States Army as a civilian pharmacist and traveled Europe extensively. Forrest and Jeannie returned to Oklahoma in 2005 just in time to have their first child. He is a pharmacist at the Good Shepherd Mission in OKC. Forrest and Jeannie make their home in Oklahoma City with their two children Killian and Nicolas. |
Nikole Lee Taylor, D. Ph., PharmD Originally from Ada, Oklahoma, Nikole has proudly served at Eric’s Pharmacy since 2003. She graduated from Oklahoma Baptist University with a BA degree in Psychology in 2001 and the University of Oklahoma College of Pharmacy with a PharmD in 2007. In 2005, Nikole completed a course in compounding techniques from PCCA in Houston, and was certified to give Immunizations in 2006. She is a member of OPhA, ASHP, and ASCP with emphasis on Geriatrics. She has volunteered for many health fairs and Brown Bag Lunches to review medications for senior citizens. She is a longtime volunteer for the Lance Armstrong Foundation to raise money for cancer research. She is also a volunteer for the Oklahoma Medical Reserve Corps in Cleveland County. She makes her home in Moore, Oklahoma. Nikole loves being a Pharmacist because they are the most accessible health care professional and are therefore able to more easily improve the quality of life of others.

Beverly Smith, D. Ph., PharmD Bev got her B.S. in Biochemistry from OSU in 2004, and her Pharm.D. from OU in 2009. She has been working for Eric’s Pharmacy since 2007. Bev specializes as a compounding pharmacist. She performs hormone consultations and encourages a holistic approach to wellness. Beverly and her two children, Keenan and Alexandra, live in Shawnee where they spend most of their time playing with their English Mastiff, Chewbacca.
